1. Customer needs to be the Day to Day, you will need to have them on the other line while calling in
  2. Customer will need their FAN PIN or PIN on the account
  3. Usually you are asked how you verified the business (i.e. site visit and their website)
  4. Customer will be asked the company name, billing address, their number on the account
  5. Customer will be sent a temp pin by fraud to verify them
