- Customer needs to be the Day to Day, you will need to have them on the other line while calling in
- Customer will need their FAN PIN or PIN on the account
- Usually you are asked how you verified the business (i.e. site visit and their website)
- Customer will be asked the company name, billing address, their number on the account
- Customer will be sent a temp pin by fraud to verify them
