Click on the "I want to: View account and usage" dropdown- From there click on Manage call forwarding.
Make sure you have input the phone number in the "Search For" Box. Hit " Go on the right hand side when you have your number input.
From there- you can type in the phone number you want the calls to go to and should be all set.
