Usually in reference to Pangea Venture LLC's COAMs


  1. Activate COAM with Dummy IMEI (015161005321453) and SIM card customer provided on their 25GB Data Connect Plan (Individual - All Active - XDC25GB)
  2. Once line is active change the IMEI to the one the customer provided. 
  3. Once the IMEI update is complete go in to profile, refresh, and make sure IMEI change worked.
